Cinco De Mayo!


Cinco De Mayo is one of my favorite days, probably because it is a great excuse to invite friends over for a fun celebration. Check out the "Healthy Cookin" section for a simple and delicious chicken enchilada recipe, as well as a reminder of how to create that perfect margarita. Combine these two with the 3 step guacamole, call some friends, light some candles and put on some salsa music. Feliz Cinco De Mayo!
